Comprising a large, airy hall space and two bright satellite rooms, the Conference Suite is the ideal setting for large, full day events.

The team treats each event as unique and knows that one-size does not fit all. Therefore the three adaptable spaces are designed to be configured to the individual requirements of organisers and the team enjoy developing bespoke suggestions and solutions to make your event a success.

If you are hosting an event and need space for breakout rooms, exhibitors, catering or simply a place for attendees to talk and network outside of the main room, the NPW Conference Suite is the ideal venue.

Other combinations of the three rooms can also be booked, or the rooms can be hired individually to fit your requirements.

  • With five screens strategically positioned in the room, connected to a central control point, presentations and information are visible from all angles
  • A speaker system with amplification ensures that your presentation will be heard

Individual rooms on the Fourth Floor include two computer training rooms as well as large and small meeting rooms.

Training Room 1 - ICT training suite

The suite is ideal presentation-based meetings and workshops.

  • 16 workstations
  • Teaching station, linked to an ActivPanel
  • Central table offers the capacity for teaching sessions
Training Room 2

This is a straightforward room ideal for presenting or smaller meetings, that can be expanded for larger events by opening into Room 3.

  • Space for 34 attendees to be seated or 24 if you require tables
  • Teaching station, linked to an ActivPanel
Training Room 3

This room is the most adaptable space in the building. A dividing wall can be slid aside to link with Training Room 2 for large gatherings.

  • 40 attendees can be seated comfortably in Room 3 or 26 if your meeting requires tables upon which to work
  • Teaching station linked to an ActivPanel, which can be moved around the room according to your needs
Combined Training Room 2/3

When combined training room 2 and training room 3 provide an enlarged event space ideal for lectures and presentations.

  • 80 attendees can be seated comfortably or 50 with tables
  • Two teaching stations, linked to ActivPanel computer screens, one of which can be positioned to a location of your choice
Training Room 4

Ideal for sessions involving group-work, or discussion-based meetings.

  • 24 delegates can be comfortably seated with tables and the space can also be adapted for 34 attendees without tables
  • Workstation, linked to an ActivPanel for presentations and displays
Training Room 5 - ICT training suite

This training suite has fitted computer workstations, arranged for guided teaching and learning.

  • 11 workstations
  • Teaching workstation linked to an ActivPanel
Training Room 6

An intimate space designed for board-meetings and small workshops.

  • 14 can be comfortably seated around a central table or 22 seated without a table
  • Workstation, linked to an ActivPanel for presentations and displays

All training rooms are supplied with:

  • Access to building WiFi
  • Interactive screens
  • An internet enabled teaching station (connected to the screen) with up to date presentation and document creation software installed
  • Flipchart with paper and pens
  • Water Coolers
  • Extensive hot and cold food menu (48 hours notice required)
  • Natural light
  • Electrical outlets

Open for hire from Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 with arrangements for evening and Saturday bookings available, the facilities are situated in Francis House, a short walk from Upton Park Station, find out how to get here.

With varying costs to fit any budget, rooms are charged at full day and half day rates.

Prices include tea and coffee on arrival (full day sessions will include tea and coffee for morning and afternoons arrivals) and we can provide an extensive range of catering to suit nutritional requirements.
